Specially focused on professionals and volunteers working in the field of development, humanitarian aid and related topics that demand and need something more than the formal training, given by their organizations, in the practical subjects they are working with. The development of all soft-skills that could maximize the effectiveness of our work is becoming more and more demanded and critical when hiring someone in the highly difficult field of assisting others.

The ability to coordinate a project, to manage a meeting, to do a presentation, to lead a team or to solve a dispute among co-workers is even more important that all your specialised knowledge in one single field.

We have developed this online course explaining and teaching about all soft-skills that anyone, either working in the field or in the headquarters, should have in order to achieve more easily the goals of their organizations. METHODOLOGY

This training is being prepared on a self-study basis. This means you can take the course at your own rhythm and pace, lesson by lesson, doing the exercises along with them while you accommodate your time to study within your current agenda. Once you register for the course, you do not have a deadline to submit the final exam. You can do it when you are ready for it.

During all the time you are with us, you can email your questions, doubts and suggestions to our teaching department at respect@respectrefugiados.org. Once you have completed the full course and perform the exercises, please write the exam and send it to us at the same email address. Once corrected we will deliver to you the certificate of completion, which will prove both your participation and succesful completion of the training. Should you have any questions, we will be more than happy to assist you.
